Why coffee works at corporate events
A coffee bar gives delegates and guests a natural place to gather. Conversations happen in the queue, connections happen over a cappuccino, and your event feels considered rather than catered.
At exhibitions and launches, the coffee bar draws people to your space and keeps them there longer — which is exactly where you want them.
Professional from enquiry to pack-down
We confirm your setup, menu and service hours in advance, arrive early to set up, and serve your guests for the duration of your booking. Menus can be tailored to your event, with non-coffee and decaf options available.
Every corporate event is quoted individually based on guest numbers, service hours, menu and venue.
Frequently asked questions
Can you serve coffee at a conference or exhibition?
Yes. Our mobile setup works well at conferences, exhibitions and trade shows — it gives delegates a reason to visit your stand or gathering area and a place to talk. Tell us about the venue and expected foot traffic when you enquire.
Can you cater for large corporate events?
We cater for a range of event sizes. Share your guest numbers and service hours with us and we'll tell you honestly what setup we recommend — and prepare a customised quote.
How much does corporate coffee catering cost?
Pricing depends on guest numbers, service hours, menu and venue, so every event is quoted individually. Contact us with your event details for a customised quote.
