We collect only the information you give us through our booking form or when you contact us directly: your name, contact details and the details of your event.

This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and deliver your booking. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing info@mobilecoffeebar.co.za.

Quotes are based on the guest numbers, service hours, location and setup discussed with you and remain valid for 14 days.

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis.

The venue must provide reasonable access, a level setup area and a power supply unless a generator has been arranged in advance.

Cancellations should be made in writing as early as possible. Deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote.
