Ask what's included
Confirm whether the booking includes a barista, all equipment and ingredients, setup and pack-down. A proper mobile coffee bar should arrive fully self-contained — you shouldn't need to supply anything.
Ask about the menu
Check the drinks list and whether it can be tailored. Look for non-coffee options for guests who don't drink coffee, and ask about dairy alternatives and decaf.
Ask about your venue and date
